In October, our Worship Service on Zoom celebrated Harvest, and we were delighted to be joined by seven Care Homes and their residents.
We have a wonderful team of volunteers who make these services possible by offering technical support, leading prayers, reading scripture, and giving short talks. Together, they help create a meaningful time of worship for residents who are no longer able to attend church in person. Through Zoom, they can still sing, pray, and share in fellowship with others.
As part of our Harvest celebration, residents received Orders of Service and activity sheets to help them join in fully. We also gifted each staff team with a basket of fruit as a small token of our appreciation for all that they do.
Our Zoom worship services take place every two months, and we’re always open to welcoming new care homes to join us online. If this is something you’d be interested in, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
