Course for Carers Bitterne Autumn 23
This exciting new course from Caraway launches in Autumn 2023, in conjunction with We Care – Dementia Care. Each session will start with a warm welcome, as you settle into the space with refreshments and gentle mindful activity.
Our new Caraway Course for Carers, Bitterne Autumn 23, has been specifically designed for carers of someone with a new diagnosis (within the last 2 years) of a dementia. Running alongside Caraway Memory Cafes, the course is an introduction on how you can live well with dementia and what support networks are available throughout Southampton.

Programme:
2.30-3.30: Session part 1: We Care Dementia Care by Kellyn Lee
3.30-3.40: Break
3.40-4.10: Session part 2: What our Local Providers Offer by Guest Speaker
4.10-4.15: Reflection, Q&A and homework
Venue: Ascension Church, 1, Thorold Road, Bitterne Park SO18 1HZ
Course Details: Starting in September and running through to December 2023, this course will on Wednesdays from 2.30pm until 4.30pm.
